The evil plot

What do you want to do tonight? The same thing we do every night... try to take over the world! The plot of a cartoon turns sinister as it is actuated by the government lead by George W. Bush. I know he is at best misguided and most likely plain evil, but who is the devil that tempts him? I just wanted a place to collect observations which may or may not support this assertion but which allows his exhaust to be referenced.
